We can take the hassle out of setting up deliveries for you. Let us keep track of your fuel consumption. Based on past average consumption and current weather conditions, our computer-generated programs help determine current fuel usage needs and we deliver accordingly. By taking advantage of this program, you can be assured that we are keeping track of your fuel consumption and that we will be there to meet your fuel needs. Because we are monitoring your fuel for you, you don’t have to. You will be assured that Direct Fuel will never let your tank run out or leave you out in the cold.

C.O.D.

Would you prefer to monitor your own oil and be in charge of your own delivery dates? Cash on delivery might be the perfect solution for you. We request that you arrange deliveries when your tank is between ¼ to ½ full, so as to maximize your delivery. C.O.D. payments are due upon delivery and we accept most forms of payment. Please inquire with one of our friendly service representatives when placing your call with Direct Fuel.

Budget Plans

Are you interested in keeping your monthly payments consistent? Spread the heating costs over a longer period of time: let us set up a payment plan for you based on your consumption and estimated fuel prices. Our ten-month budget plan is calculated by your particular fuel consumption from the previous season and estimated prices for the upcoming year. This helps to eliminate those higher bills during the harsh New England winters. Accounts will be adjusted regularly when prices rise or fall.

Prepay Plans

To get the best deal, you may want to consider contacting one of our service representatives to set up a prepayment plan, where you buy your fuel ahead of time, at a low price, and arrange to have it delivered when you need it. Our prepay customers pay for their fuel at the time of purchase. All customers are sent monthly statements with purchases and balance credits.
